On Saturday,(tomorrow), April 18th, 2009, the parking lot of Capers Downtown will turn into a recessionista's dream. It's the annual "Clothes Line Sale" in support of Fashion High. Featuring local designer samples and consignment clothes and accessories from Vancouver's most fashionable closets.
